Thirteen sizes are palletised and ship in one to two days. The rest are made to order in about a week, and every one of them is priced on the site.

Three Things Worth Checking
Box dimensions trip people up more often than anything else in packaging, and the wrong size costs money twice: once in board and again in shipping. These three checks cover most of it.

Measure the inside, not the outside
Every size on this site is an inside dimension, listed as length × width × depth. Length is the longest opening edge, width is the shorter one, depth is top to bottom. Corrugated board adds roughly an eighth of an inch per wall on the outside.

Leave room for protection
Add half an inch to an inch on each dimension for padding. Too tight and the product presses against the wall in transit. Too loose and it shifts, which is worse. If you are between two sizes, go up.

Watch the dimensional weight
Carriers bill on whichever is greater, actual weight or volume. An oversized box on a light product means paying to ship air. Sizing tight to the product, with padding, usually beats buying one box for everything.
